Members receive an Annual Statement of their account and will be notified details of the AGM when confirmed. Members may request a balance of their account by contacting the office quoting their credit union account number.

When posting mail to TVCU please ensure the correct postgage is paid.  Royal Mail have different postage rates for small and large envelopes.  TVCU can not be held repsonsible for mail that is not delivered due to incorrect postage.
